This Caldecott Award Winning Book is about a little trouble-maker, Madeline, who decides to walk along the wall of a bridge while on an outing with Miss Clavel and the other girls from the home in Paris. After Madeline is rescued by a dog, the girls take little Genevieve home, only to have her thrown out by Lord Cucuface.
